Program Breakdown:

• Course on instrumentation, equipment operation and image optimization.
• Applied anatomy of the neck and face and their normal appearance in images of
ultrasound.
• Pre-procedure sonographic evaluation to determine candidacy and anticipate
results.
• Post-procedure sonographic evaluation/follow-up and evolution.
• Sonographic appearance of each facial filler.
• Normal anatomy and sonographic appearance of the abdominal wall.
• Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia.
• Ultrasound guided fat transfer procedure.
• Postoperative evaluation to detect implant migration.
• Postoperative evaluation to exclude the presence of complications such as
avascular necrosis, deep vein thrombosis, loss of compaction of transferred fat.

Requirements:
 
  • Be a licensed physician 
  • Be a Specialist in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery.

Completion:
As a requirement for a good preparation, the students will demonstrate their abilities through exams throughout the course.
