Florida Health Institute (DBA) permanently ceased instructional operations on August 1, 2026. The institution is no longer enrolling students and is no longer operating.
All academic programs concluded before the institutional closure. No teach-out or transfer arrangements were required, as all enrolled students completed their programs.
