CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
SHOULD STUDENT BE TERMINATED OR CANCEL FOR ANY REASON, ALL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING REFUND SCHEDULE:
1. The cancellation or retirement must be done in person
2. All monies will be given back (Registration Fee + Tuition) if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3rd) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and giving the initial payment. Books and Materials must be given back in good conditions or a fee will be applied.
3. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies paid (Tuition), with the exception of the Registration Fee (not to exceed $150.00).
4. Cancellation after attendance has begun, through 40% completion of the program Degree or Non Degree, will result in a pro rata refund computed on the number of Credits (Degree) or Hours (Non Degree) completed and the total program Credits (Degree) or Hours (Non Degree). The student will either receive a refund or the student must pay the due amount, but the Registration Fee in both cases is not refundable.
5. Cancellation after completing more than 40% of the program will result in no refund.
6. Termination Date. The termination date for refund or payment computation purposes is the earlier written notice received or the last date of actual attendance by the student. Books and Materials must be given back in good conditions. The loss, destruction or updating of the material and/or equipment will generate an additional charge $50.
7. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of Cancellation/ Suspension Form – E09.
8. A student can be dismissed, at the discretion of the Director, for insufficient progress, non-payment of costs, or failure to comply with rules.
9. If for any unavoidable reason the school (Florida Health Institute) needs to cancel a course or program, the student will be refunded in total.

Preparation and review courses
These are aimed at graduate professionals who are eligible to take the accreditation, certification or license test(s), in accordance with the specific requirements of each of the Professional Agencies or Colleges (Board).
The courses do not confer an academic diploma, only for participation, they confer any type of certification and/or license, the agencies and professional associations are in charge of issuing these.
Florida Health Institute (FHI), may change the start date of the course, due to force majeure or lack of quorum, which will be announced prior to the start of classes. In this case, if the participant does not agree to start before the new proposed date, I can request a refund following the same return or cancellation policies set out above.
Sending material or documents
It is understood that the participants are solely responsible for the information provided in the registration form, any error resulting from the information provided could cause a delay in the dispatch of the documents and even lose or misplace them.
If there is any change of address, the participants are solely responsible for contacting FHI to correct it.
FHI only uses domestic mail service through “USPS” for the dispatch of any document and it only does so within the United States.
FHI is not responsible for any delay, loss or loss of any document and it is understood that if one or all of the documents are delayed, lost or lost, it may generate additional administrative costs for their reprinting, and shipping costs.
Transfer of Educational Credits
FHI receives academic credits after an evaluation process carried out by a specialized and recognized agency.
In the case of being eligible to obtain credits obtained abroad, the degree must be validated and a prior equivalency obtained by one of the recognized agencies that is a member of NACES (National Association of Credential Evaluation / https://www.naces.org ) and submit it to the consideration of the academic authorities of the FHI, who will determine the credits to be accepted by transfer obtained nationally or internationally.
Licensing and/or Certification Process
It is understood that there are various agencies recognized by the different Professional Associations in the different states of the United States and that each applicant is solely responsible for selecting the agency of their choice and meeting the requirements to be eligible.
FHI its affiliates, Associates and/or Employees are not responsible for eligibility and we have no business or employment association with any of these agencies.
It is understood that multiple factors are decisive for the approval of these exams, such as: (intellectuality, motivation, determination, previous knowledge, command of the English language, among others and that the completion of a course or program does not provide a guarantee of approval, for which the approval of Licenses or Certifications is not the responsibility of FHI, Associates and / or Employees.

The information contained in educational material, including, but not limited to the text and images included and their arrangement, are the property of FHI or of third parties whose use is licensed. All rights reserved.
The content of this website, courses and programs and their information, software, photos, videos, graphics, sound or other materials that are protected by copyright, so they cannot be copied, transmitted, displayed, distributed, downloaded, copyrighted, modified, published, reproduced, used, sold, used to create a derivative work, or used for commercial or public purposes without the prior written consent of FHI.

Violation of the aforementioned rule may terminate my contract without the right to remuneration or money back.
