- Evaluate and perform appropriate intervention techniques for specific age and cultural groups commonly found in the United States.
- Differentiate the stages and traditions of development of different people to provide nursing care according to their physiological and psychological needs.
- Relate the concepts of health promotion and disease prevention with the educational role of the nurse.
- Apply the basic concepts of care and comfort and mental health to the patient’s nursing care plan.
- Evaluate the different physiological alterations of the person’s well-being and intervene according to their needs.
- Identify the components for patient care management.
- Demonstrate understanding of Safety and Infection Control concepts.
- Interpret pharmacology concepts and intravenous therapy skills.
- Prioritize the nursing care plan by monitoring health problems.
- Identify physiological health problems based on initial assessment and data collection.
- Demonstrate an understanding of information technology applications in healthcare
- Demonstrate and differentiate nursing priorities based on nursing domains. Identify and explain the difference between safety issues and physiological integrity.

- Sound beam anatomy and resolutions

- Artifacts / Quality Assurance / Bioeffects
- Questionnaires that evaluate the following topics: basic principles, interaction of sound with the medium, resolutions, transducers, instrumentation, hemodynamics, doppler, artifacts, quality
control and bioeffects.
- Train the participant to know the essential basis of the exam that is based on criteria-referenced knowledge that compares knowledge to a predetermined standard
Requirements:
- Must be an international graduate Medical Doctor
- Academic equivalence in the US
- Personal Identification (Passport, ID, Driver’s License)
Completion:
As a requirement for a proper preparation, students will demonstrate their skills through exams throughout the course
- Pre-Test, Mid-Term and Post Test where they must obtain 80% or more
- Average of 80% in the Review.
- Mandatory attendance.
